THE MOVE TO MASTER: SLIDING PUSH-UP On a slippery floor, get down on your knees with your hands beneath your shoulders, elbows bent slightly, and a washcloth under each hand so that your palms can glide easily (1). Keeping your back straight, lower your body by sliding your arms out to the sides--elbows still bent--as far as you can without collapsing (2). Rise all the way back up by sliding your hands to the starting position. Do two sets of 6 to 10 per week and you should see results in six weeks.
