Our Support Group is a little over a year old so we are learning as we go along, but we have made a good start.

Some of the highlights of this past year of meetings included one in which group members shared items and/or ideas that people use to make everyday activities a little bit easier or more manageable, a field trip to the Arizona Bridge to Independent Living (ABIL) to learn about this agency and their services, and guest speaker, Lawrence Teitel, M.D., chief of neuromuscular disorders at Barrow Neurological Institute of St. Joseph's Hospital and Medical Center.
