Local Clear Channel Communications flatly refutes reports that it had asked its 1,170 radio stations around the country not to play a list of 150 songs that could be found insensitive after the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.

"We are playing the music we've always played," says WXXL-FM program director Adam Cook.
