WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Don't look for the events of Sept. 11 to dash Washington hopes of hosting the 2012 Olympics Games. Lisa Delpy Neirotti, director of sports management programs for the George Washington University, has studied the Olympics for nearly 20 years. "It's a consideration for the (International Olympic Committee), but not a major one because any country is fair game for terrorist attacks. This is not the No. 1 factor the IOC considers."
