OWNERS
THE HIGHLANDER PROVIDES A SMOOTH, effortless ride on the highway, and the Camry V6 delivers good acceleration. Yet on our curvy back roads, the handling is tight and responsive. Much better than I expected in an SUV. Fit-and-finish is the usual flawless Toyota quality. The seats are comfortable, and everybody who rides in the back comments on the room and comfort.

I PURCHASED THE LIMITED V6 MODEL because we wanted the extra features like Home Link, tinted windows and a six-disc changer. The SUV has good power and a very smooth ride, and it does not feel ``tipsy'' like other SUVs when cornering. The dashboard controls are all well thought out and the switch feel is very good.

WE CROSS-SHOPPED THE JEEP GRAND Cherokee and Isuzu Rodeo, but once we saw the Highlander there was no comparison. The V6 provides plenty of power and with the roomy interior it's a pleasure to take trips. With the well-placed position of the pedals and controls, the ease of operation and the great ride and handling, my wife loves to drive the Highlander. It is by far the best-riding SUV we tried, truly like a car.
