When it comes to ingenuity, the American industrialist leads the pack. For an Ohio construction company, that means capitalizing on the problems of another industry to aid its own.

Terra Mat Corp., an offshoot of Construction Inc., Youngstown, OH, utilizes scrap tires in the building of roads, levees and landfills in swamp, marsh and other problem areas.
