Dealer appearance reflects more than a professional attitude -- it can mean increased traffic and sales.

Professionalism is giving customers high-quality service and products. However, most customers aren't able to observe skilled, knowledgeable tire service and repair technicians in action. They don't check tread depth of new tires, look under a hood for work performed or crawl under the car to see if new exhausts leak.
