It's hard to believe there could be a major sport not already represented in Washington. But that was the case until this month, when the city signed a 10-year agreement to stage the National Grand Prix of Washington on the grounds of RFK Stadium.

Organizers predict an economic impact of $350 million. But for that to come to fruition, organizers must bring in the folks with the money -- the sponsors. That will be the job of Bethesda-based Gilco Sports & Entertainment.
