SRINJOY CHOWDHURY & KAVITA SURI STATESMAN NEWS SERVICE NEW DELHI/JAMMU, Sept. 10. An Army jawan today shot dead four of his colleagues and injured three others before killing himself at the Northern Command headquarters in Udhampur, about 60 km from Jammu.

Sources said a soldier, identified as Sanjeev Kumar, posted on sentry duty at the Northern Command headquarters at Udhampur, fired from his automatic weapon at the guards after he entered into a heated argument with them early this morning.
