STATESMAN NEWS SERVICE AGARTALA, Sept. 8. CPI-M leaders in Tripura are worried over the reported involvement of armed activists of the Indigenous Peoples Front of Tripura, the ruling group in the Tripura tribal areas autonomous district council, in the systematic killing of ruling party leaders and workers.

At least 37 local level CPI-M tribal leaders, workers and members were killed by the joint operational group of the NLFT and the IPFT in four districts in the past several weeks.
