GE chief sells Pewaukee home.(Brief Article)

Jelkey Immelt, president and chairman-elect of General Electric Co., and his wife, Andrea, have sold their home on Red Oak Court in Pewaukee for $970,000, according to real estate transaction records.

Immelt, previously president and chief executive officer at GE Medical Systems, Waukesha, will officially assume his new titles Sept. 7 at GE's corporate offices in Fairfield, Conn. Immelt replaces Jack Welch, who is retiring.

The Immelts sold their home to Jon and Kathleen Nordeen. Jon Nordeen is chief information officer for Kohl's Corp., Menomonee Falls.
