Here are tips from owner Julie Serquinia on do-it-yourself digits: Decide what slogan you want to sport (check out the Braille alphabet at www.nbp.org/alph.html). Apply a base coat and two layers of color polish, allowing the second layer to dry for only 30 seconds. While nails are still tacky, embed rhinestones (available at beauty-supply stores) into the polish, consulting your Braille alphabet. Finally, set your personal statement with a layer of top coat.
