By revealing to her fiance that she's in the CIA--a big no-no--she puts both of their lives in danger. Worst of all, after a run-in with her estranged father, she begins to suspect that she may not be working for the real CIA. COSMO SAYS: Move over, Lara Croft, Sydney Bristow is one badass babe--and the action in the first episode alone makes even Tomb Raider seem like a snoozer.
24 (9:00-10:00 P.M. TUES., FOX) PLOT: Terrorist-unit agents (led by Kiefer Sutherland) have 24 hours to prevent a presidential candidate from being assassinated. But here's the cool part: Each of the 24 episodes focuses on one hour of one action-packed day. COSMO SAYS: The fancy camera work makes it feel like a flick, so grab your guy and hold on tight every Tuesday for an evening of big-screen--style suspense.
SCRUBS (9:30-10:00 P.M. TUES., NBC) PLOT: Goofy cutie JD Dorian is frying to survive his first year of medical residency--and win the heart of a beautiful intern in the process. COSMO SAYS: This slapstick comedy is getting a lot of buzz--after all, it's a welcome departure from the slew of recent hospital dramas (yawn!). And JD's quirky Ally McBeal--esque imagination is sure to tickle your funny bone.
