What was your reason for startup:

I worked in Seattle for the Pilates training center. I also worked at the Washington Athletic Club in Seattle. When I came to Portland there was no Pilates studio. I bought an existing business that was Pilates-based. I wanted to have a center here where I could teach Pilates at a highly intense level.

What did it take to become a teacher:
