As a founder and managing general partner of GroTech Capital Group in Timonium, Frank Adams has played a major role in helping some high-profile companies get off the ground in the region.
The current venture capital market, which has slowed considerably when compared to the last few years, hasn't caused the 52-year-old venture capitalist to tire of the industry. In fact he's as busy as ever.
GroTech Capital invested more money last year -- more than $2 billion -- than in any year since it opened its doors in 1984.
