Seattle developer Craig Dieffenbach is impressed with the city's potential
A developer who has quickly established a major presence in downtown Everett is adding three more buildings to his portfolio and selling one of his original properties in the community to the city.
Those are the latest in a series of deals orchestrated by Craig Dieffenbach, a Seattle-based developer who surprised many in Everett by acquiring, in rapid fashion, a string of buildings in the area of Hewitt Avenue. In the past year, Dieffenbach and a partner have spent more than $6 million on properties in the corridor.
