Distance won't get in the way of some Marion nurses who will start work on master's degrees from Otterbein College this fall quarter.

Up to 25 students at Marion Technical College will be electronically linked to Otterbein's Westerville campus to take classes in the school's master of science nursing program, said Ruth Chavez, graduate nursing advisor at Otterbein.

Students will sit in Marion Tech's videoconferencing lab and tune in to classes at Otterbein. Audiovisual equipment will allow students and professors to interact instantly.
