Businessman charged with rape to know fate tomorrow.

KUALA LUMPUR, Tues. - The Sessions Court will decide on Thursday whether to call for the defence of a businessman charged with raping his cousin in October last year.

Judge Mohd Zaki Abdul Wahab deferred decision after hearing submissions by prosecuting officer DSP Tan Kok Liang and counsel Dr Radzuan Ibrahim at the end of the prosecution case.

Yazid Lahita is charged with raping the college student, then 18, in the room of a house at Taman Sri Sinar, Segambut, about 10am on Oct 3 last year. He pleaded not guilty.
