CHOICE HOTELS INTERNATIONAL has introduced some new incentives for developers of its Sleep, Comfort Suites and Quality brand hotels.
The Silver Spring-based hotel franchiser (NYSE: CHH) recently announced the deals to support its reimaging strategy to stimulate growth in the challenging economy.
For developers of Sleep brand hotels, a cash rebate of $20,000 will be issued if occurs within eight months of contract execution. An additional $40,000 cash payment will go to Sleep developers whose hotels are open and online within 17 months of the contract execution. Developers also will not have to pay a royalty fee for the first year of operation.
