Islamic spiritual guidance is always in the RIPAS Hospital and any other hospital where one finds bliss or sadness, life and death.

The call of prayer (azan) five times a day sounds from the RIPAS Hospital prayer place. The doa' read after these religious obligations contains prayers seeking the divine help of Almighty Allah to heal the patients.
