Capital Radio is restructuring its business to put branding and content at the centre of its operations.
Having announced profit warnings and declining advertising revenues in recent months, Capital is creating a new structure that will contain four brands. The major development is the creation of its Contemporary Hit Radio Network, which will act as the umbrella brand for Capital's eight FM stations.
The other three brands will be The Century Network, The Xfm Network and The Capital Gold Network.
