Puget beginning search for a CEO.(Puget Energy Inc. looks for new chief executive officer)(Brief Article)
Puget Energy Inc. has started searching for a replacement for Bill Weaver, president and CEO of the Bellevue-based energy service company.
Weaver will end his 33-year career with the company sometime next year. He will remain as president and CEO until a replacement is named.
"Few knew it at the time, but a year and half ago I was operated on for a brain tumor," Weaver said in a conference call last week with analysts.
