Scrap And Defect Analysis Can Be Accomplished Through PC Networking

In today's competitive environment, high quality at low price is paramount. Product cost is often inflated because of scrapped parts and assemblies. Cost inducing process problems can be identified and corrected by tracking scrap data on a personal computer network. The PC network provides an efficient format for collecting, manipulating, and presenting scrap information. Corrective action can then be applied based on identifying process problems through the analysis of the scrap data.
