KUALA LUMPUR, July 30 (Bernama) -- The Human Resources Minister has failed in his bid to get the Federal Court to quash the decision of two subordinate courts regarding his earlier decision not to refer an industrial complaint to the Industrial Court.

The minister and Berjaya Industrial Bhd had appealed against the decision of the Court of Appeal to uphold a High Court order to quash his decision not to refer a complaint by a former Berjaya Industrial Bhd employee, Thong Chin Yoong.

The Federal Court comprising Chief Judge of Malaya Tan Sri Wan Adnan Ismail and Federal Court judges Datuk Siti Norma Yaakob and Datuk Haidar Mohamed Noor dismissed both appeals …
