Cyco.net back trading after being delisted.(Business)

After 21 months of waiting, paperwork and audits, Cyco.net Inc. is again trading on the over-the-counter bulletin board.
"We were delisted 21 months ago. But that's OK because we've built the business in the mean time," says Rick Urrea, president and CEO.
Cyco.net is an Internet cigarette and tobacco retailer that operates www.cycocigs.com and www.aabakismokes.com. The Albuquerque company offers most premium brands and discount brands.
The Securities and Exchange Commission approved the company's trading over-the-counter as a bulletin board stock in March. On Thursday the National Association of Securities Dealers gave its blessing.
Frankel & Co. was the market maker for the company.
"It just took us this long to get the SEC's approval. First they didn't want an audit, then they did," he says.
