Zenith Media buys SRi to bolster new sponsorship team.(Sponsorship Research International UK)(Brief Article)

Zenith Media has bought the sports marketing and sponsorship company SRi UK (Sponsorship Research International UK), which will be incorporated into its newly created sponsorship division.

The division is to be called Sponsorship Intelligence and will be headed by Tim Brady, previously the managing director of the former ITV sales division TSMS Connector.

It is understood that Zenith picked up the business at a rock-bottom price as it had gone into administration following the bankruptcy of the parent sports marketing company, ISL.

The former head of SRi UK, Jamie Graham, will become a director of Sponsorship Intelligence at Zenith. A team of seven staff will transfer to the division as part of the deal.
