If you associate the word grunge with your shower door track, chances are the however door is getting up there in years.

And now more than ever, shower doors are making a style statement. The newest look is the frameless door. Tony Kunkle of Akron Shower Door in North Hill, Ohio, credits that to a reluctance to obscure show-stopping shower walls.

Shower door manufacturers have improved their products to eliminate the places where water, mildew and other gunk can build up, making the doors easier to clean and maintain.
