The health care industry constantly changes, creating new challenges every step of the way. But some people, including Craig Drablos, relish meeting those challenges head on. Orlando Business Journal recently spent some time with Drablos, the new CEO of Humanan's Central Florida region, which encompasses Orlando, Tampa and Daytona.

Q Detail the changes you've made since coming on board as the Central Florida CEO last year.

A We reorganized the structure, bringing in Dr. Scott Latimer as president and COO. He has the medical background to work with the providers. And to help us adopt a consumer-focused approach, we now have Judy Woodworth, a registered nurse, as vice president of consumer advocacy, to ensure we are delivering our promise to consumers.

Q What are your future plans for Humana?
