Man busted over "school uniform" teen prostitute.
A middle-aged company president has been arrested after using the services of a 15-year-old prostitute because he wanted sex with a girl in a school uniform, police said Wednesday.
Yoichi Nakane was arrested for breaking the law banning child pornography and child prostitution after he allegedly paid the 15-year-old girl for sex in April.
