When talking about housing, or the lack of it, experts agree: San Francisco has put its own people on an endangered list.
The developers are out there, the money is out there, but a virulent strain of NIMBYism, or the Not In My Backyard syndrome, has threatened to wipe out the working class from an environment that prided itself on a now-fading reputation of embracing all walks of life.
