HYDERABAD, June 27. TATA Cellular Ltd, one of the two mobile telephone operators in Andhra Pradesh alongwith Bharti Mobile Ltd, on Wednesday launched an innovative value-added service called VoiceMe, which it claims is first such initiative in the country.

Developed by the Chennai-based Speech and Software Technologies Ltd, a Tata enterprise, this voice-based solution powered by HelloNet uses speech recognition technologies to convert text messages to voice interface.
