Pilots with Middle East Airlines (MEA) of Lebanon said that they would not work between 1200 and 1700 GMT on Monday (25 June) as part of a protest against planned job cuts at the airline.

Hundreds of other employees also resumed a sit-in at Beirut airport on Monday.
