Stiegele severs ties with Pacific Dunlop Ltd. ST. LOUIS -- Eberhard Stiegele, formerly in charge of U.S. footwear operations for Pacific Dunlop Ltd., late last month resigned his position to pursue other interest in the footwear industry, the company has disclosed.

His duties, the company said, have been reassigned accordingly.

In addition, Pacific Brands announced the appointment of Phillip Knapp as executive vice president. "Mr. Knapp's is a new position," said Norwood. "It is a shuttle job (between Revelations' and Penaljo's offices)." Knapp's duties, said Norwood, will include marketing, sales, and distribution. He was previously associated with Wolff …
