Maria Yip was promoted to director of litigation support services at Arthur Andersen in Miami. Yip will provide dispute analysis and forensic accounting services for commercial litigation and fraud accounts.

Rosie Navarro was promoted to director of the international division at Malkus Communications Group, a Fort Lauderdale public relations firm. Her recent campaign regarding the protection of alligators and safety for Florida residents gained coverage in 10 countries and included a live report on NBC's Today Show. In addition, she initiated an educational program based on Florida history and the Seminole tribe for fourth graders in the tri-county area.

Ivonne M. Perez joined the Miami public relations firm Everett Clay Associates as an account executive. Perez was formerly a reporter for The Miami Herald. She also has experience in Spanish language media. She received her bachelor's in journalism from Florida International University.
