You don't have to be wild about Harry to like his ideas.

Harris Rosen, the sometimes controversial, always independent Central Florida hotelier, is a case study of why helping employees also helps the bottom line. His self-funded initiatives in education and health care for his hotel employees are in a class by themselves.

Maybe it's time Florida's business community followed suit.
