Intel Asia-Pacific in move to expand solution business.(Brief Article)

INTEL Asia Pacific is grooming the solutions side of its business to develop a strong channel to help small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) move into electronic business (e-business).

Its newly-appointed Asia-Pacific e-business channel manager Yohani Yusof said the company is in the process of identifying more application service providers (ASPs) and e-business solution providers in the region.

Yohani said Intel had received positive response to the initiative which was started four months ago.

"To date, we already have 1,000 ASPs and e-business solution providers in the region and will continue to grow this number. In Malaysia, we have 85 ASPs …
