Husband-and-wife team aims for sweet success with a Gorilla on their backs

WRENTHAM--Some people will do anything for dough.

Take Paula and Chris White, who at least once a week set up a makeshift bamboo hut and put on safari outfits--complete with wide-brim hats and khaki pants--to hand out gourmet cookies at supermarkets and food festivals throughout New England.

Their weekly walks on the wild side promote their fledgling company, 600 LB Gorillas, which makes ready-to-bake frozen gourmet cookie dough. Their product is unique in that they sell frozen cookie dough--as opposed to refrigerated dough--which allows them to use only natural ingredients and to package the dough in small balls which can be baked individually.
