Robinson company may outsource management of its huge complex
Bayer Corp. is rethinking how it manages its 300-acre, 16-building North American headquarters complex and adjoining nature preserve.
Spokesman David Reeder said Bayer asked potential property managers for proposals as part of a benchmarking study to see if it is operating its campus efficiently.
