Move over, Spherion. When it comes to online job posting and application management, it's one for all and all for one, said Marc Berman, president and CEO of Hirebridge in Pompano Beach.

The practice of e-recruitment has generally been reserved for larger firms with many employees. Now, Hirebridge wants to break the mold.

The company, with three employees, just launched a new Web-based hiring manager it claims will reduce expenses and enable small businesses to optimize recruitment. The system enables firms to accept jobs online by harnessing technology once accessible only to large enterprises.

"We provide technology for companies that's similar to shopping cart software," he said.

It all sets up in 20 minutes, without IT interference, and can be operated by any HR manager, Berman said.
