Hope Siegel cried loudly Wednesday as her attorney asked a judge for a prison sentence of 10 years, not 20, for her role in killing Sarasota car dealer Paul Edenson.
Judge Harry Rapkin showed no leniency. In fact, he said he would have no reservations about sentencing the 25-year-old woman to prison for life - if he had that option.
"I am so totally unimpressed with your histrionics," Rapkin told Siegel. "You made a good bargain."
