NEW ORLEANS -- The Gourmet Show has evolved during the last several years to become a key convention for the overall housewares market, especially for such categories as tabletop and kitchenware. The latest version of the show, to be held the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans from April 22 to 25, marks the 25th anniversary of the event, during which organizers expect to bring together about 7,000 buyers and 900 exhibiting companies.
