New technology more often adds to old technology than it detracts from it.

I believe it is almost always a godsend.

I dismiss people who rue the development of the new because they fear it will destroy the old.

Four recent trends have delighted me by proving my optimism about new technology correct.

In each instance an older technology is being revived by a newer technology.

The magazine industry has been in the doldrums. Older magazines have been losing advertising dollars and, in most cases, circulation.

Guess what? The biggest success in magazines last year was O: The Oprah Magazine. This of course is a spin-off from Oprah Winfrey's unbelievably …
