PETALING JAYA, April 18 (Bernama) -- The physical size and abundance of natural resources are no longer determining factors for a successful economy in the era of rapid advances in information technology (IT), a conference here was told today.

Real Estate Developers' Association of Singapore (REDAS) president, Daniel Teo, said that a successful economy very much depended on responsiveness to changes and adaptation to new technologies.
