March may be the official month dedicated to women's history, but for Denver's Women of the West Museum, every month presents an opportunity to reflect on women's contributions.

The museum, which moved from Boulder to its current office at 1536 Wynkoop St. in Lower Downtown last July, uses a mixture of Internet presence. (www.womenofthewest.org) and community outreach -- a "museum without walls" to educate its audiences.

Among the museum's current projects is "Expanded Visions: Four Women Artists Print the American West," a limited-edition portfolio of original prints. The museum also recently created two curricular publications for schools and scout troops, as well as a catalog of its print portfolio projects.

Last fall, its award-winning Web site grabbed attention with an online exhibit exploring how women got the vote in ten Western states, between the years 1860 and 1920.
