Does hearing "The Partridge Family" chorus "come on, get happy" make the realities of Northern Virginia's real estate market a little easier to swallow?

Some brokers hope so. ANDY KLAFF of GRUBB & ELLIS and CASEY VEATCH of THE IRVING GROUP used the famous refrain during a recent presentation at the RESTON CHAMBER OF COMMERCE's virtual tour of the Dulles Corridor.

The song, along with prizes for answers to "Who Wants to be a Millionaire" questions, helped lift an otherwise somber tour through five Northern Virginia submarkets -- Reston, Herndon, Route 28 North, Route 28 South and Fairfax Center.
