Klaipeda to handle gasoline and jet
Lithuania's Klaipeda oil terminal is due to start handling gasoline and jet from next month, reducing fuel oil and gasoil exports and ending VGO shipments altogether. Around 50,000t of high-octane gasoline and 40,000t of jet from the 263,000 b/d Mazeikiai refinery have been scheduled for April. Half of the terminal's four 10,000[m.sup.3] storage tanks for gasoline and four 5,000[m.sup.3] tanks for jet will be allocated for the plant, which receives a 50pc discount at the port.
