ANWAR'S MOTHER DIES OF HEART ATTACK.

KUALA LUMPUR, April 3 (Bernama) -- Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim's mother, Che Yan Hamid Hussain, died of a heart attack at the University Malaya Medical Centre tonight.

Che Yan, 76, who was admitted to the centre on March 28, died at 8.25pm, according to an assistant to Anwar's wife Datin Seri Dr Wan Azizah Wan Ismail.

The assistant, who declined to be named, said Che Yan would be burried at the Bukit Kiara Muslim cemetery after zohor prayers tomorrow.
