The Board for Industrial and Financial Reconstruction (BIFR) has directed Greaves Ltd to submit a modified revival scheme for the ailing Rajasthan Polymers & Resins Ltd that has been merged with Greaves Ltd.

BIFR had sanctioned a Rup 592 M rehabilitation scheme in view of the impending merger of Rajasthan Polymers & Resins with Greaves.

BIFR has rejected the request of Greaves for demerging of Rajasthan Polymers & Resins, as Rajasthan Polymers & Resins has already been merged and hence it is no longer a legal entity.
