Northwest property owners and managers are spit-shining their buildings and polishing their presentations as they prepare for more than 500 of the world's corporate real estate executives to descend upon Seattle.

The decision makers will visit the city May 12 through 16 for the International Development Research Council's Pacific Northwest World Congress. The IDRC's convention provides its members with educational seminars.
