Brunei: Brunei-Muara warned of major water disruption.

Get ready! The supply of water to many major residential areas as well as commercial areas in Brunei-Muara District will be disrupted for about six hours on Thursday, March 29 from 8 in the morning.

This was announced with regrets by the Department of Water Services yesterday in a statement faxed to the Bulletin.

It said there will be a temporary disruption of water supply on that day from 8 am to 2 pm due to essential cleaning and de-silting jobs it needs to carry out at the raw water sump compartment and repair of two discharge valves at Bukit Barun water treatment works.
